Using the Tenant Portal

Your tenant portal is the main place to access account information, review your balance, and reach key tenant tools.

  1. Open the tenant portal
  2. Sign in with your account information
  3. Choose the next action you need

HOW TO PAY RENT

The easiest way to pay rent is through your tenant portal.

Option 1: Tenant Portal (Preferred)

  1. Log in to the portal
  2. View your balance
  3. Follow the payment steps available in your account

Option 2: Interac e-Transfer

Send your rent payment by e-transfer to:

PayRent@cressmanRPM.ca

Include your name and property address in the e-transfer message so we can apply the payment to your account.

If you are unsure about your balance or payment setup, contact the office for clarification.

Maintenance & Support

Use the maintenance request path for routine issues. If you are not sure where to start, Max helps guide the next step in the support flow.

For emergencies, call (306) 584-7368 ext 1. For routine issues, use the maintenance request path.

What if I can’t log into the portal?+

If you are unable to access the portal, contact the office for help.

What if I’m not sure where to send my question?+

Start with the tenant portal or the maintenance/support path that best matches your situation. If you are still unsure, contact the office directly.

Maintenance & Emergencies

What if I’m not sure whether something is an emergency?+

If the issue creates an immediate safety risk or major property problem and cannot reasonably wait, treat it as an emergency and call (306) 584-7368 ext 1.

What if it’s a routine issue?+

Use the maintenance request path for non-emergency issues so the request can be reviewed and routed properly.

Lease & Tenancy Questions

Do you allow pets?+

Pet rules depend on the property and the lease terms.

Do you allow smoking?+

Smoking indoors is not allowed.

What if I need to move out?+

If you are planning to move out, contact the office and review your lease terms so the proper notice and next steps can be followed.

Do I need tenant insurance?+

Yes. Tenant insurance is important and is expected as part of responsible tenancy.
