Using the Tenant Portal

HOW TO PAY RENT
The easiest way to pay rent is through your tenant portal.
Option 1: Tenant Portal (Preferred)
- Log in to the portal
- View your balance
- Follow the payment steps available in your account
Option 2: Interac e-Transfer
Send your rent payment by e-transfer to:
Include your name and property address in the e-transfer message so we can apply the payment to your account.
If you are unsure about your balance or payment setup, contact the office for clarification.
